Common Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

Why are some companies able to quote much lower prices?
Some companies provide artificially low estimates to secure your orders then increase the price later when they cant find a carrier willing to transport the vehicle for the quote amount. We make sure the quote provided is for a carrier that’s properly licensed, insured and has the correct equipment for your move.
Yes — we have our own fleet of 9 car haulers alongside operating as a licensed auto transport broker with a vetted carrier network nationwide. Many customers are unaware that most large auto transport companies are brokers, not direct carriers. We believe in full transparency about how the process works.

Yes. Our team provides shipment updates, carrier contact information, and status communication throughout the transport process so customers are never left wondering where their vehicle is. Communication is one of the biggest concerns reported in the auto transport industry — and we take it seriously.

Our goal is to avoid surprise pricing changes whenever possible. However, major market shifts, expedited scheduling requests, oversized vehicles, route changes, or severe fuel fluctuations can sometimes affect pricing. If adjustments are needed, we always communicate them before moving forward.
Not always. Large transport trucks can face restrictions in residential neighborhoods, low-clearance areas, apartment complexes, or tight city streets. In those cases, drivers may arrange pickup or delivery at a nearby safe location. We explain this upfront so there are no surprises.
We verify carrier authority, insurance status, safety records, and operating credentials before dispatching shipments. Not all brokers apply the same standards — which is why customers should always research the company they are booking with.
What is snowbird auto transport?
Snowbird auto transport is a seasonal vehicle shipping service for customers who travel between northern and southern states during different times of the year — most commonly between the Midwest/Northeast and Florida, Arizona, Texas, or other warmer climates.
Peak snowbird season runs Southbound: October through December, and Northbound: March through May. These are some of the busiest periods in the auto transport industry, affecting both pricing and availability across all carriers.
During peak migration periods, thousands of customers try to move vehicles on the same routes simultaneously — especially Florida-to-Midwest and Florida-to-Northeast lanes. Higher demand combined with limited truck availability causes market pricing to increase industry-wide.
We recommend booking 2–4 weeks in advance during normal seasons, and 4–6 weeks in advance during peak snowbird months. Booking early helps improve scheduling flexibility and carrier availability significantly.
Limited personal belongings are usually allowed, but there are restrictions. Most carriers limit personal items to around 100 pounds, stored below window level or in the trunk. Hazardous materials, weapons, alcohol, and prohibited goods are not allowed. We recommend not keeping valuables in the vehicle.
What is enclosed auto transport?
Enclosed auto transport uses fully covered trailers to protect vehicles from weather, road debris, dust, and outside exposure. Commonly used for exotic vehicles, luxury cars, classic cars, show cars, lowered vehicles, and high-value or collector vehicles.
Enclosed transport provides added protection from rain, snow, road debris, dirt, dust, rock chips, and harsh weather. While open transport is safe and widely used, many customers transporting specialty or high-value vehicles prefer enclosed shipping for additional peace of mind.
Yes. Enclosed transport typically costs more because enclosed trailers carry fewer vehicles, equipment costs are higher, routes are more specialized, and demand for experienced enclosed carriers is limited. Pricing depends on vehicle size, route, timing, and market availability.
Yes. Many enclosed trailers are equipped with lift gates, extended ramps, and low-angle loading equipment — helping safely load lowered, exotic, or specialty vehicles with minimal clearance requirements.
Before transport: remove personal belongings, document vehicle condition with photos, secure loose items, ensure battery is charged, check tire pressure, and leave fuel at approximately 1/4 tank. This helps ensure a smoother pickup and delivery process.
What types of commercial transport do you handle?

We coordinate transportation for dealership inventory, fleet vehicles, commercial vehicles, auction purchases, rental fleets, corporate relocations, government and municipal vehicles, and business-to-business vehicle moves — single units or entire fleets.

Yes. We regularly coordinate multi-unit shipments for dealerships, businesses, auctions, and fleet operators nationwide — single-unit moves, multi-vehicle loads, ongoing dealership transport, seasonal fleet repositioning, and route-based commercial logistics.
Pricing depends on number of vehicles, vehicle size and weight, pickup and delivery locations, timeline requirements, open vs. enclosed transport, and route demand and seasonality. Larger volume shipments may qualify for more efficient routing and pricing options.
Yes. We work with businesses and dealerships requiring ongoing inventory movement, seasonal relocation, auction logistics, corporate fleet management, and dedicated transportation coordination. We help build consistent transport solutions based on your operational needs.
Yes. Expedited service may be available depending on route demand and carrier availability. Customers requesting priority scheduling or urgent transport should book as early as possible to improve availability.
